My vision is to teach people how to transform their bodies by renewing their minds and creating lasting lifestyle habits. I will achieve this by being a living example, creating authentic connections and providing effective training tools.

Group WERK

Private Group Classes ($200)

Looking for a fun way to connect? Private Group Classes are perfect for teambuilding events, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, girl's night, and any other occasions. Choose from Hip Hop HIITs®, Hip Hop Dance, Fitness for Followers™, iBOP Kids™, or Zumba® Fitness.

Small Group Sessions ($45 per person)

Small Group Sessions are great for goalfriends that want to WERKout together and still have personal attention. These sessions include high intensity interval training, cardio, strength, core and more!
