LaTosha Wilson is a computer geek turned fitness instructor turned lifestyle coach. She began teaching fitness in 2005. Since then she has created and co-created some of the most sought after premier lifestyle and fitness brands including PardioFitness®, Hip Hop HIITs® and Fitness for Followers™. LaTosha's motto is to learn, do and teach. She has a growth mindset so she is always seeking the latest and greatest when it comes to living a healthier lifestyle. After she has implemented the things that she has learned in her own life, she goes out and shares it with others.

Leonie Williams is a strategic life coach practitioner. She believes in working hard and enjoying life to its fullest. She is on a mission to help woman to connect their passion with their purpose to design the life that they want. She holds an MBA from George Fox University, and is a Ph.D. candidate in Biblical Naturopathic Sciences. Her personal experiences has deepened her focus on mindset, wellness, and passion for integrative medicine. She is constantly researching ways to support the body into homeostasis.
